Simon Glenn has over 25 years of experience in UK commercial office property, 13 years as Director of Office Agency at Savills Southeast and 13 as Equity Partner at DTRE, where he founded and managed their Office Agency and investment team. Simon has advised on some of the most significant office and life science transactions in the market and is one of the UK’s most prominent Agents.
Terry Davis worked as a Chartered Building Surveyor for 18 years before qualifying as a valuer and he now works in both capacities. He specialises in dilapidations and diminution valuations for both landlords and tenants, and diminution valuations for non-dilapidation claims. He is a RICS Accredited Expert Witness and has given oral evidence in court on numerous occasions. He has previously presented at RICS Road Shows and Conference and now regularly for CPD organisations, solicitors and the Dilapidation Association
