Paul Tonkin is a partner in the real estate disputes team at Hogan Lovells LLP. His practice covers contentious real estate matters and he is frequently instructed by institutional landlords on commercial landlord and tenant disputes including high value dilapidations claims and complex rent reviews. He also assists occupiers in the contentious aspects of corporate relocations, including dilapidations and conditional break options.

Jacqui Joyce is considered by many to be the best mediator for property law disputes. She is consistently impressive” Legal 500.  After a 20 year career as a property litigation solicitor Jacqui been a full time mediator since 2012 and is a Fellow of the Civil Mediation Council. She has conducted c450 mediations on all aspects of property law and in particular dilapidations disputes. She is a founding member of The Property Mediators which is the leading group of specialist property mediators in the UK.
