AI in dilapidations
We will be joined by the Co-Founders of ‘leasedrop.ai’ a software application designed to identify and extract the most relevant lease clauses for dilapidations and make it available to be downloaded in formats ready to produce schedules of dilapidations.
The session will provide insight into:
- Corporate Data and the AI Landscape
- Potential use cases for AI in Dilapidations
- Corporate policy around the use of AI
This session is ideal for both Surveyors and Lawyers who are interested in exploring AI’s potential in dilapidations workflows and equally, those who are resistant to its use. Whether you’re new to AI or looking to optimise its application, this session will give you practical, hands-on experience and insights.
